Copper Member — Membership Terms and Conditions

Copperwired Public Company Limited

Effective Date: 1 September 2026

1. General Provisions and Definitions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern membership in the Copper Member program (the "Program"), operated by Copperwired Public Company Limited (the "Company").

1.2 The Program covers all store brands under the Company, namely iStudio by Copperwired, U.Store by Copperwired, Dotlife (.life), AIS Shop by Copperwired, iServe, Samsung Experience Store, Huawei Experience Store, Nintendo Authorized Store, and Xiaomi Experience Store, as well as the Company's online channels (collectively, the "Participating Stores").

1.3 "Member" means a natural person whose registration for the Program has been completed and confirmed by the Company.

1.4 "Points" means Copper Member reward points earned by a Member from purchases of goods or services in accordance with the conditions of the Program.

1.5 By registering for membership, the Member is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2. Registration and Member Eligibility

2.1 Applicants must be natural persons aged [18] years or older, with a valid mobile phone number reachable in Thailand.

2.2 Membership registration is free of charge and may be completed through channels designated by the Company, such as Participating Stores, the official LINE OA, or the Company's application.

2.3 Each individual is entitled to register for one (1) membership account only, identified by mobile phone number and/or national identification number. The Company reserves the right to merge or cancel duplicate accounts.

2.4 Membership takes effect once registration is completed and confirmed by the system. Points accrue only on purchases made after registration is complete. Points may not be claimed retroactively for purchases made prior to membership, unless otherwise determined by the Company.

2.5 Members are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information. Should any information change, Members should update their details through the channels designated by the Company.

3. Membership Tiers

3.1 The Program consists of membership tiers based on accumulated spending, as follows:

Tier Qualification Points Earn Rate Tier Validity
EMBER Free registration, no minimum spend THB 50 = 1 point No expiry
CORE Accumulated spending of THB 25,000 or more THB 50 = 1.25 points 12 months
PRIME Accumulated spending of THB 75,000 or more THB 50 = 1.5 points 12 months
ROYAL By invitation only THB 50 = 2.5 points 12 months

3.2 Admission to the ROYAL tier is by invitation from the Company only, based on the overall relationship history and use of services across the Participating Stores of Copperwired PCL. The Company reserves the right not to disclose its selection criteria and does not accept applications or requests for this tier. The Company's decision shall be final.

3.3 The Company reserves the right to establish additional special membership statuses at its sole discretion. The conditions, validity, and benefits of any such status shall be as specifically determined by the Company.

3.4 The benefits of each tier are as announced by the Company through its official channels. The Company may revise benefit details in accordance with Clause 12.

4. Spending Calculation and Tier Changes

4.1 Accumulated spending is calculated on a calendar-year basis.

4.2 Upgrade: When a Member's accumulated spending reaches the threshold of a higher tier, the system will upgrade the Member immediately (real-time). Members may skip tiers if their spending meets the applicable threshold. The ROYAL tier and any special statuses under Clause 3.3 cannot be attained through self-upgrade.

4.3 Tier Maintenance: The CORE, PRIME, and ROYAL tiers are valid for 12 months. Members must meet the spending conditions determined by the Company within the calendar-year cycle to maintain their tier. The EMBER tier does not expire.

4.4 Downgrade: If, at the end of one calendar year, a Member's accumulated spending does not meet the maintenance threshold, the system will downgrade the Member by one (1) tier at a time, effective at the end of the month of that status cycle. The period before the end of the month is regarded as a grace period.

4.5 The Company will notify Members approximately 30 days and 7 days before the tier anniversary date through designated channels such as LINE OA. Failure to receive such notification shall not constitute grounds for exemption from downgrade.

4.6 For the ROYAL tier and special statuses, the Company reserves the right to review, maintain, adjust, or revoke such status at its sole discretion.

5. Earning Points

5.1 Members earn Points on qualifying purchases of goods or services at Participating Stores at the base rate of THB 50 = 1 point, multiplied by the tier multiplier applicable on the transaction date, per the table in Clause 3.1. Any amount below THB 50 will not be counted toward Points.

5.2 To earn Points on a transaction, Members must provide their membership number or identify themselves as prescribed by the Company at the point of payment, or log in to their membership account before completing an online transaction.

5.3 The spending amount used to calculate Points is the net amount paid after all discounts, and excludes the following (unless otherwise determined by the Company):

  • Purchases of gift vouchers, top-up cards, or gift cards
  • Delivery fees, service charges, and certain taxes and duties as determined by the Company
  • The portion of any transaction paid with Points or vouchers
  • Certain goods or services announced by the Company as excluded

5.4 Cross-Store Points: A Member's Points are held in a single account and may be earned and redeemed across all Participating Stores and brands.

5.5 Points will be credited to the Member's account within the period determined by the Company. If Points are not credited, or are credited incompletely, the Member may request a review with proof of purchase within [30] days of the transaction date.

5.6 The Company may run bonus point campaigns from time to time, subject to the conditions announced for each campaign.

6. Redeeming Points

6.1 Members may redeem Points for discounts, rewards, coupons, or other benefits according to the redemption catalog and rates announced by the Company at the relevant time.

6.2 When redeeming Points as a discount, the redemption rate is 10 points = THB 1 discount (for example, 100 points may be redeemed for a THB 10 discount, and 1,500 points for a THB 150 discount). The number of Points redeemed in each transaction must be divisible by 10.

6.3 The value, items, and conditions of redemption are subject to change as determined by the Company, and will be announced through the Company's official channels.

6.4 Redeemed Points cannot be refunded, cancelled, or exchanged, except in cases of system error, which the Company will consider on a case-by-case basis.

6.5 Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for or converted into cash under any circumstances.

7. Validity of Points

7.1 Points are valid for three (3) years from [the date they are earned]. Upon expiry, Points will lapse automatically and cannot be reinstated.

7.2 Expired Points are deducted on a "First-In, First-Out" (FIFO) basis.

7.3 The Company will provide reasonable advance notice of Points nearing expiry through designated channels. Failure to receive such notification shall not constitute grounds for extending the validity of Points.

8. Transfer of Rights

8.1 Membership, Points, coupons, and all benefits are personal to the Member and may not be transferred, lent, sold, or exchanged with any other person, unless otherwise determined by the Company.

8.2 For certain benefits, the Company may require the Member to present identification or verify their identity as prescribed by the Company.

9. Returns and Cancellations

9.1 In the event of a product return, transaction cancellation, or refund, whether in whole or in part, the Points earned from that transaction will be deducted from the Member's account on a pro-rata basis, and the accumulated spending used for tier calculation will be reduced accordingly.

9.2 If Points subject to deduction have already been redeemed, the Company is entitled to deduct Points from the remaining balance or record a negative Points balance, which will be offset against Points earned in the future.

9.3 Where a reduction in accumulated spending results in the Member no longer meeting the threshold of their current tier, the Company reserves the right to adjust the Member's tier to reflect their actual spending.

10. Coupons and Benefits

10.1 Each type of coupon carries its own conditions, value, validity period, and scope of use as stated on the coupon or as announced by the Company. Expired coupons cannot be reinstated or extended.

10.2 Birthday coupons are granted to Members of eligible tiers during their birth month, based on the date of birth registered, and are subject to the conditions and validity period stated on the coupon. Each Member is entitled to one (1) birthday coupon per year.

10.3 Service benefits — such as device setup, priority repair, device health checks, or delivery services — are subject to the scope, service areas, participating brands, and annual entitlement limits announced by the Company for each membership tier.

10.4 Benefits in the nature of event invitations constitute a right to be considered for invitation, not an entitlement that the Member may claim for every event. Seat availability and selection are at the discretion of the Company and/or the brand hosting the event.

10.5 Priority Reservation and Allocation (Priority Allocation)
This benefit is a right to be considered for priority in reserving or being allocated products ahead of general members. It is not a guarantee that the Member will receive the product in all cases. Furthermore:

(a) Allocation depends on the quantity of products the Company receives from each manufacturer or brand owner, which is beyond the Company's control;

(b) Eligible models, the number of entitlements per Member, and the entitlement period are as announced by the Company for each sales cycle;

(c) Certain models or brands may be excluded from this benefit where it would conflict with the terms or requirements of the manufacturer or brand owner;

(d) This benefit is personal, non-transferable, and must not be used for commercial resale. If such conduct is found, the Company reserves the right to cancel the reservation and take action under Clause 13.

11. Personal Data

11.1 The Company collects, uses, and discloses Members' personal data for the purposes of operating the Program, delivering benefits, analyzing and improving services, and communications, in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

11.2 Members may review the full Privacy Policy, including data subject rights, at iStudio Privacy Policy.

11.3 Members may opt out of marketing communications through the channels designated by the Company without affecting their membership. The Company will continue to send communications necessary to the membership, such as status or Points notifications.

12. Changes to the Terms and Program Termination

12.1 The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or cancel these Terms, the Points earn rates, the benefits, or any part of the Program as it deems appropriate.

12.2 For changes that materially affect Members' rights, the Company will provide reasonable advance notice through its official channels, such as its website, application, or LINE OA. Continued use of benefits or accrual of Points after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

12.3 In the event of Program termination, the Company will provide no less than 90 days' advance notice. Members may redeem remaining Points within the period specified in the termination notice. Points not redeemed within that period will lapse.

13. Suspension and Revocation of Membership

13.1 The Company is entitled to temporarily suspend, revoke membership, and reclaim Points and benefits, in whole or in part, upon the occurrence of any of the following:

  • Providing false information in registration or use of the Program
  • Earning or redeeming Points fraudulently, abnormally, or contrary to the purposes of the Program, such as collecting receipts belonging to others, using automated systems, or purchasing for commercial resale
  • Selling, exchanging, or commercially exploiting membership, Points, or benefits without authorization
  • Any act in breach of these Terms or applicable law, or causing damage to the Company, its employees, or other Members

13.2 Upon revocation of membership under Clause 13.1, all remaining Points and benefits shall lapse immediately without compensation of any kind, and the Company's determination shall be final.

13.3 Members may cancel their membership at any time through the channels designated by the Company. Remaining Points and benefits will lapse on the effective date of cancellation.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 In the event that Points or membership status data in the system does not reflect the true position due to a system error, the Company reserves the right to correct such data, acting fairly toward the Member.

14.2 If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
