Home delivery
To make your shopping becomes more convenient, we provide home delivery to customers of iStudio Online in Bangkok and other provinces. Just click to select the product you would like to buy in iStudio Online Store and make a full payment via various available methods such as credit card, online banking, counter, ATM, or cash on delivery, product will be delivered to your hands straight away.

Receive product at your nearby iStudio shop
Besides home delivery, you can pick up products at your nearby iStudio shop by indicating the shop and branch you are convenient to receive the product after you have paid the full payment or after order confirmation. In case, cash on delivery is selected, we will contact you immediately once the product reaches the shop.
- Order will be automatically cancelled if the customer who selects the payment term as cash on delivery does not confirm the order within 5 days.
- We will contact you prior to the delivery.
- iStudio Online will only deliver to Thailand address
- Delivery will be only on Monday – Friday (not Saturday – Sunday and Public Holidays).
- The company able to cancel the purchase order. If checked does not meet the conditions in ordering or there is a mistake in the price and product information.

Self-Collection
- Bring your original ID (national ID card or passport).
- Bring the order confirmation email showing successful payment.

Pick Up by Authorized Person
- The original ID (national ID card or passport) of the authorized person.
- A copy of the buyer's ID (national ID card or passport) along with a signed authorization statement verifying the copy's authenticity.
- The order confirmation email showing successful payment from the buyer.
Delivery Charge
Delivery charge is subjected to total amount of the order as follows:

Delivery Period
Upon receipt of an order confirmation or payment, we will deliver product to the address provided by the customer and delivery period depends on delivery area.

| Bangkok and Other Provinces | 2 working days starting from the day when payment is settled fully or from order confirmation date (in case of cash on delivery), as any one of the cases. |
| Special Area (Yala/Pattani/Narathiwas) | Delivery period may depend on the situation. The company will delivery products as deemed appropriate. Anyhow, in case of delay in delivery, the company will inform the customer accordingly. |
- In case of Force Majeure such as natural disasters, an impact from political situation, etc, the delivery may be delayed and we will contact customer to inform about the situation. However, we will try our best to deliver products to you as soon as possible.
- Some of the products may be subjected to delivery condition set forth by the manufacturer, which may cause delay in delivery.
- Customers of iStudio Online can trace delivery status by checking the purchase order.
Delivery Receipt
- For safety delivery, we will contact and delivery product to customer whose name is indicated on purchase order only.
- Customer is recommended to check the packaging as well as the packing tape to be in complete condition without any tears or any tamper evident packing.
- Packaging and packing tape must be with the company’s logo.

Payment Methods
We concern on the convenience of iStudio Online’s customer. Customers can make a payment safely and rapidly via various payment methods

Print the payment form as appeared on the summary of purchase order or customer’s email and make the payment at the Banks counters or any Counter Services across the country. 
Remark: Payment Form will be expires within 24 hours after ordering and the order will be automatically canceled if no payment is done in time.

| Cash On Delivery | Cash on delivery is applied to the order amounted of minimum 1,000 Baht and not more than 50,000 Baht only. Customer can make the payment to the delivery officer upon the receipt of product. |
| Payment at iStudio Shops | Customers who choose to pick up the products at iStudio shop can pay by cash or credit card at tselected shop and branch. |
