Reasons (1) :

Refund conditions :

  • Product is not the same as ordered

Refund conditions :

Remarks

  1. In case of change of mind, Only for online shopping that customer can cancel the order when the status is indicated as “processing”. The company will charge 3% of the product’s value as processing fee.
  2. In case of change of mind, customer can return the product if the package has not yet been opened. The company will charge 15% of the product’s value as processing fee.
  3. In case the product is incomplete from activation or the Package has been opened, The company will charge 20 - 95% of the product’s value as a processing fee. The company is able to unacceptable to return if the product is not in usable condition
  4. In case of no packaging the refund is unacceptable.

Refund process

  1. For purchases from our Store, please contact the store directly or reach out to our customer service team at cs@copperwired.co.th
    For online purchases, kindly send an email to ecommerce@copperwired.co.th
    • Indicating the reason for returning the product.
    • Include the photos of the package and the products. (These photos will determine the condition of the product and will serve as the evidence in case there is a problem in the process.)
    • Include the receipt or the order number.
  2. After receiving contact by our staff, please send the product with the receipt to:

Document Required for Refund

  1. Receipt
  2. Copy Book bank for refund the money of return goods
  3. Copy ID card or Passport that must be same with billing name
