Booking Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Service Acceptance
A booking serves only as a request for service at the reserved date and time. The service center reserves the right to decline service if the device inspection finds that it does not meet the service requirements set by Apple, such as evidence of prior repairs, modification of internal components, or damage that may prevent battery replacement. In all cases, the service center will explain the reason to the customer.
2. Battery Availability
Replacement batteries are available in limited quantities each day. While the service center manages parts inventory to the best of its ability, unforeseen circumstances may result in insufficient stock. In such cases, the service center will contact the customer to schedule a new appointment.
3. Device Preparation
Before your appointment, please back up all data on your device and turn off "Find My."
